At Lucanet, I lead the CFO Solution Platform powering 8 integrated products for 5,000+ enterprise customers. I own shared identity, navigation, notifications, workflow orchestration, permissions, data foundations, and AI automation across 14+ cross-functional teams.

I built an AI-native workflow orchestration engine from scratch, with seven agentic agents now live across all products. I also shipped a shared design system and component library that reduced solution time-to-market by 50–60% and helped move delivery from bi-annual to monthly releases.

Previously, I took Lucanet's ESG Reporting solution from 0 to 1, onboarding 150+ enterprise customers within nine months and reaching 110–130% of activation targets. At Metro Markets, I led an ERP and order-management platform for 10,000+ merchants across seven European markets and delivered an Odoo-based WMS migration without disrupting live operations.

My product background also includes Vodafone Qatar, where I led the largest smart-metering deal in the company's history: 500,000+ activated devices and 20M+ QAR in revenue. I've owned €120M+ P&L portfolios, built partner ecosystems, and mentored product managers toward senior leadership.
