I’m looking for a remote work-from-home role where I can deliver help desk and technical support, troubleshoot Windows and hardware/software issues, and provide reliable customer service while improving operations through strong process management.

I also hold Cisco IT Essentials and an A+ Academy certificate, strengthening my confidence in PC building, Windows installation/maintenance, and basic security fundamentals.
