What I'm looking for
I am a customer operations and process improvement specialist with proven experience delivering operational efficiency, reducing failure demand and enhancing customer journeys in regulated, high-volume environments. I manage end-to-end customer journeys, resolve complex queries, lead small improvement projects, and design process documentation to standardise procedures and improve first contact resolution.
I use Lean methodologies and voice-of-employee insights to translate feedback into actionable improvements, have supported compliance with Ofgem, and deliver training and onboarding to embed world-class service.
