I've led end-to-end business processes at Recovet across sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, production, and e-commerce since 2008.
I turn operational and customer needs into structured requirements, process changes, workflow designs, and practical system solutions. I coordinate integrations across sales, warehouse, and accounting processes, including XML/EDI document workflows.
I work directly with international customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve delivery issues and improve workflows. I also prepare budgets, forecasts, cost calculations, and profitability analyses to support operational and customer decisions.
Alongside my business analysis and supply chain work, I'm expanding my practical knowledge of AI, automation, and n8n-based AI-agent workflows.
