Norbert Kruszewski

I am a highly communicative IT and management professional who delivers complex, ambitious projects both independently and within teams. My hybrid technical and managerial background allows me to approach challenges with innovative, business-focused solutions.

In my current role I lead strategic migration programs to SAP S/4HANA integrated with MES (Hydra) and Salesforce, coordinating development teams, external consultants and solution architects across SD, MM, WM, PP, FI, CO and QM modules. I manage complex scopes, data migration, testing and cutover activities while maintaining timeline, budget and reporting to executive leadership.

I co-founded and served as CEO of a B2B2C e-commerce marketplace built on MS Azure (Care4Pet), which was acquired by venture capital; I also led a regional program at Danfoss to consolidate 19 SAP systems into a single S/4HANA landscape and earlier led global TMS optimization projects at Bosch. These roles sharpened my skills in operating-model design, UX/UI coordination, DevOps leadership and cross-border rollout planning.

I hold multiple project management and SAP certifications and apply PMI, Agile and ITIL methodologies to deliver results, mentor teams and implement governance and continuous-improvement practices. I am focused on driving digital transformation, measurable business value and scalable solutions in international, cross-functional environments.
