I’m a recent Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in business analysis, user research, UX design, and software testing. I’m passionate about building user-centered products and translating insights into clear product requirements.

In my Tester Intern role at Bosch Vietnam, I collaborated with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and functional requirements for enterprise applications. I created functional specifications (FRD), workflow diagrams, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes, then supported quality work through UAT, usability validation, and release activities.

I also apply that mindset to projects, from an AR tourism experience app built with Unity and Vuforia to an e-commerce site using a delivery time prediction model. I enjoy working across teams, iterating based on feedback, and leveraging structured documentation and testing to improve both usability and reliability.
