At HBLab, I monitor Agile/Scrum process compliance across software projects, track backlog and sprint activities alongside PMs, and prepare monthly reports on project metrics. Previously, at IIP Vietnam, I analyzed requirements and designed an industrial park real estate platform, creating more than 30 screens and working with developers to deploy them to production.
On JOMI, an AI-powered mental health support app project, I researched eight competitor apps and interviewed nine users before developing user flows and a 30-screen prototype. I also analyzed workflows for the EEC Language Center training management system and designed its interface for four user groups.
