At Viettel Software, I analyzed requirements and prepared specifications, workflows, wireframes, and test documentation for enterprise projects. I also participated in functional, UI/UX, data, and business-flow testing for web and mobile applications.
For Mytel Dashboard - Viettel Myanmar, I tested displayed data, calculation formulas, and UI/UX across 22 business performance dashboards, validating data accuracy and consistency. On Digital Workplace - National Assembly of Vietnam, I tested collaboration and work-tracking functions and supported UAT.
At FPT Information System, I managed full test cycles for assigned tickets, from requirement analysis and test case design through bug logging, retesting, fix verification, and go-live support. I also worked with developers to confirm solutions across SIT, UAT, and pre-production.
Across my roles, I’ve worked on banking and finance, ERP, loyalty, and digital workplace projects. At FPT Information System, I served as Test Lead for two Testers during VBA_eBanking testing, coordinating with about five Developers.
