I led the 40 Quarters of Coverage update across 80+ state agencies without disrupting data exchange, earning an Associate Commissioner Citation. As a Level 2 COR, I oversee $100M+ Enumeration at Birth and Electronic Verification of Vital Events contracts, while also building audit workload tools and improving processes with SSA, OIG, and CIO partners.
