At CMS, I oversee complex healthcare IT and data initiatives, including the Open Payments Program. I coordinate technical, acquisition, security, and program stakeholders to support compliant systems and keep leaders informed about project status, cost, and performance.
I modernized the Open Payments System into a cloud platform, cutting annual costs by $3.5 million, slashing processing times, and eliminating user burden. I also oversee more than $70 million in contracts, monitoring contractor performance, costs, and risks.
At CMS’s Office of Health Experience and Interoperability, I led the acquisition and implementation of a $4.8 million AI and machine-learning solution to optimize regulation and policy analysis. I also supported burden reduction and impact analysis projects using data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Earlier at CMS, I worked on Medicare program integrity and helped develop learning systems for healthcare delivery and payment models at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. I hold a Master of Science in Data Analytics and an MBA, and my credentials include COR III and FAC-P/PM Mid-Level.
