What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my administrative and customer support experience to maintain accurate records, manage inboxes and schedules, and work to FCA/GDPR standards—ideally in a fast-paced, supportive team that values confidentiality and attention to detail.

I’m a highly organised and reliable administrative professional with several years of experience supporting teams in fast-paced, regulated environments. I’m confident working independently or as part of a team, bringing excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to every task.

In my most recent role as a Commercial Insurance Consultant at Simply Business, I handled high-volume inbound calls, managed customer records and policy changes, and processed renewals, cancellations, and admin queries. I updated systems with precise data entry while responding to customer enquiries and meeting quality and compliance standards, including FCA regulations and GDPR requirements.

Earlier, as a Tele-Interviewer & Adviser at Lifesearch Insurance Company, I managed advisers’ calendars and bookings, liaised with third parties such as GP surgeries and insurers, and processed applications, proposal forms, and documentation. I maintained accurate records across multiple systems and supported clients through underwriting processes, handling sensitive personal data confidentially throughout.
