Holly Accardi-Theohary

I’ve spent 20+ years in human resources, managing employee relations, developing policy and procedures, and handling the full employee lifecycle from interviewing and onboarding through terminations. I’ve run HR for organizations of 200+ employees and worked closely with insurance and leave programs including FMLA and PFL.

Most recently, I’ve been a Human Resource Director in the non-profit field across two locations, managing benefits administration, weekly payroll, and 401(k) administration, along with orientations and onboarding/offboarding. I’ve also coordinated unemployment insurance and audit responsibilities, including safety/OSHA-related work.

I’ve built remote work schedules without delays to work goals, and I aim to create an environment where employees feel comfortable raising issues and understand they’re part of the team. I’m ready to bring that same hands-on HR operations experience and consistency to a new organization.
