At Volant Media, supporting Iran International and Afghanistan International, I've built operations infrastructure for round-the-clock international service delivery. I grew the operational support function from one coordinator to seven and supported a workforce scaling from roughly 80 to 350 staff, freelancers, and contributors across seven countries.

I've led workforce planning, global rota design, cross-border compliance, supplier negotiations, and budget coordination across simultaneous 24/7 service lines. During escalating state-backed security threats in 2023, I coordinated the London newsroom's emergency relocation to Washington DC across IT, staffing, and logistics with zero days of operational downtime.

I bring earlier experience managing client, supplier, and logistics relationships in luxury retail, alongside hands-on adoption of Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve planning and operational workflows. I'm fluent in English and Farsi.
