What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a self-directed role where I can lead operations, contracts or projects while building practical AI and systems automation that improves delivery, reporting and commercial performance.

I've managed major UK construction and fit-out programmes for TAN Construction, Rival Group, The Jordon Group and Big Red Construction, including a £33M conversion of Meadow Mill into 213 apartments and a £5M nationwide refit of 50 Morrisons petrol stations with zero callbacks. I manage programmes, subcontractors, compliance, budgets, reporting and delivery across multiple live projects.

Over 30 years across manufacturing, business ownership, operations and construction, I've founded and run businesses ranging from hotel refurbishment contractors to a 75–100-seat call centre and dental-manufacturing operations. I build practical systems using Power Apps, SharePoint, VBA, Claude and ChatGPT to replace manual work, strengthen reporting and keep operations moving.
