What I'm looking for

I seek a remote IT support role to apply Windows and networking skills, grow technically within SLA-driven teams, and help users with clear, patient troubleshooting.

I am an entry-level Electronics and Communication engineer focused on IT support and networking, who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering clear, friendly assistance.

I graduated with a B.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication (2021) and am familiar with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and basic Linux. I also have hands-on knowledge of networking protocols such as FTP, TCP, Ethernet, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, VLAN, STP, Static Routing, VTP, NTP, IPv4, DNS, and DHCP.

I use common support tools and CLI troubleshooting commands including Command Prompt, ipconfig, ping, tracert, and flushdns, and have trial experience with Zendesk. I understand escalation matrices, SLA compliance, and proactive ticket handling.

I am seeking remote, work-from-home support roles where I can grow technically while providing calm, customer-focused assistance. I am a quick learner, communicator, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
