I’m seeking internship, graduate trainee, or entry-level opportunities in agrotech, ICT innovation, or sustainable engineering—where I can combine ICT, mobile technology, and data-driven solutions to build climate-smart, practical tools for real communities.

I’m a results-driven “Mechanical Engineering professional” with over 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance management, plant operations, and equipment reliability across industrial and institutional settings. I’m also a final-year BSc student in Information and Communications Technology (Systems Engineering) at Information and Communications University (ICU), Zambia.

In my current role as Principal Instructor – Mechanical Workshop, I supervise and coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance for institutional motor vehicles, plant machinery, and workshop equipment. I develop preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and inspection records, manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets, and prepare technical reports to support management decisions.

Earlier, I improved operational performance at scale—raising seed maize processing capacity from 30 tons to 55 tons per shift and increasing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) from 60% to 78%. Most recently, I successfully designed, developed, and deployed a cross-platform mobile application for maize yield prediction using Flutter (Dart) with machine learning models (Random Forest & Neural Networks), backed by Python (scikit-learn / TensorFlow Lite) and Firebase—supporting smallholder farmers with real-time forecasts, confidence intervals, personalized recommendations, and offline functionality.
