What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity to contribute in customer service, operations, e-commerce, or digital roles where I can apply my communication and digital skills, learn quickly, and grow in a professional environment.

I’ve supported customer-facing operations at Taco Bell, handling front-counter orders, resolving order-related queries, and contributing to daily restaurant operations.

I also built and managed a Shopify dropshipping store independently. I researched products, managed listings, handled orders and customer management, and generated 50+ product sales.

At the Land Revenue Office, I assisted with document management, record handling, land-document verification, and basic field tasks. I also gained exposure to DGPS-based land measurement.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Delhi University and bring experience across customer service, e-commerce, digital marketing, data handling, and social media management.
