I’m a results-driven Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS, specializing in enterprise client retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion. I’ve built my career around measurable client outcomes and proactive partnership that turns onboarding into sustained value.

At Nakad (B2B SaaS/FinTech), I was promoted from Reconciliation Specialist to Customer Success Manager within 8 months—driven by strong client performance metrics. I owned end-to-end onboarding for 15+ enterprise and D2C accounts, running product setup to go-live and ensuring early adoption through tailored account success plans.

I lead QBRs and business reviews with CFOs and finance teams, track health scores, and shape renewal strategy to protect retention (90%+). I also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with sales to drive expansion revenue.
