I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can drive retention and measurable revenue outcomes using account-health analytics, QBRs, and strong cross-functional execution—ideally in fintech/SaaS with a focus on scalable onboarding and product adoption.

I’m a Customer Success professional with 4+ years of experience managing client relationships, driving retention, and owning revenue outcomes in fintech and SaaS environments. I build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and translate customer needs into actionable strategies that improve adoption and engagement.

At TerraPay, I own end-to-end client onboarding—ensuring activation, first-value delivery, and account health from day one. I track leading indicators to proactively identify at-risk accounts, execute recovery plans to protect retention, and run QBRs/MBRs aligned to customer objectives. I also translate customer feedback into actionable inputs for Product and Service teams as the internal Voice of Customer.

Previously, I managed operational workflows for partner and merchant accounts at Cashfree Payments, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting commission and renewal tracking, and coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Product to unblock customer issues. I bring a commercial mindset with analytical rigor, and I’ve strengthened processes through SOP creation and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
