I am a focused young professional with a diploma in English literature and civilization, specialized in didactics of foreign languages, and more than five years of experience across sales, social media marketing, project & event management, customer support, and team management.

In my recent role at SMARTINIA Tech / Unigift.Dz (e-commerce), I developed creative content for mobile apps and websites, created compelling copies aligned with UX writing best practices, and planned social media marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen online presence and results.

As a Sales Manager, I led a sales team in a gift store with a strong focus on customer service and building a stable customer base, while also using offline marketing to promote the brand in the local community.

Alongside that, I’ve handled international relations and partner management, including contract research and negotiation, invoicing and banking transactions, and complete weekly financial reporting—backed by leadership experience in AIESEC and project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
