What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my engineering, CNC machining, and technical sales experience in a role where I can solve customer manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and continue growing through hands-on technical and business development opportunities.

At OSG USA, I optimize cutting tool performance for CNC machining customers by analyzing tool wear, speeds and feeds, and material conditions to improve productivity and reduce tooling costs.

I lead technical sales engagements, conduct on-site machining assessments, and recommend tooling geometries, coatings, and cutting parameters that improve cycle times and throughput. I work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to deliver customized tooling solutions and grow customer relationships.

Previously at Ohio University, I developed an educational microgreens container, supported 3DEXPERIENCE integration, and created 3D scans and virtual models of an engineering lab for layout planning and expansion analysis. I complement my engineering background with Lean Six Sigma, project management, sales training, and hands-on experience with CAD, CNC, robotics, and manufacturing software.
