Managed day-to-day operations and finances for the branch; including banking, rota planning, stock management, interviews and staff training. Co-hosted private wine tastings for 2-40 people and coordinated food menu creation; including seasonal recipe development, daily food prep and ordering.

Ran own business and mentored a team of 42 people, each with their own downlines. Held business calls and taught people how to run their own business and make a profit of £1k every month despite being bedbound.
