What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a management role where I can lead busy operations, develop teams, and deliver measurable results. I’m comfortable owning day-to-day execution, finances, training, and also dependable remote data-focused work.

I’m a motivated hospitality operations professional with extensive experience running drink-led venues and leading teams through busy, high-standard day-to-day service. As a General Manager, I built and managed marketing and sales strategy, kept operations aligned with current legislation, and led staff training to maintain service excellence.

Across my roles, I handled scheduling and booking management, function planning, stock ordering and wet/dry control, cellar management, and health & safety compliance—alongside responsibility for finances (cash, credit, bills, wages, and P&L). In one role, I increased whisky sales by 200% within four months, and as Deputy Manager I managed a fast-paced central London site with a team of 20+.

More recently, I also worked remotely in data entry for costs law consultants, accurately entering and accumulating data for bill production for submission by law firms—leveraging my reliability, fast learning, and ability to deliver consistent results in remote settings.
