What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer support end-to-end—handling phone/email/chat, maintaining CRM records, and solving issues—while collaborating with a supportive remote team and improving day-to-day workflows.

I’m a Customer Support Professional experienced in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms. I bring strong communication and active listening, along with conflict resolution and de-escalation to keep conversations professional and productive.

I’ve supported customers using CRM and ticketing systems, managed data entry and record keeping, and coordinated tasks efficiently while collaborating remotely with tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, HubSpot, and Monday.com. In prior roles, I handled inbound inquiries, made outbound sales calls (Bayport Financial Services), and later managed calendars, emails, reporting, and online research as a Virtual Assistant—work I’m excited to bring to a new team.
