I’ve created developer, installation, and end-user manuals, adapting technical information for different audiences. I’ve also documented deployments, authentication, configuration, and system integrations.
At White Hat Gaming, I produced and maintained documentation for enterprise gaming platform features and workflows, including API references, process flows, feature guides, and release documentation.
At Magnolia CMS, I restructured content for author-focused documentation experiences and worked with subject matter experts to check accuracy. Earlier, at Qrvey US, I created user guides, tutorials, release notes, and newsletters for SaaS analytics and data platform features.
