What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations and education—using technology and AI to support learning, solve problems, and improve efficiency—while growing through continuous training in a fast, supportive team.

I’m a fresh graduate in Education with practical experience that blends teaching, team supervision, and daily operations. I enjoy explaining complex ideas clearly and adapting my approach to different audiences in fast-paced settings.

In my internship, I planned and delivered lessons for students with different learning needs, managed classroom behaviour, and monitored progress using simple assessment methods. I also supported learning by turning abstract concepts into clear, everyday examples.

In my operations role at an indoor entertainment venue, I supervised and guided a team of 5–8 staff members to keep daily operations running smoothly. I reviewed booking records and entry tickets for accurate attendance, resolved issues during busy hours and events, and coordinated staff schedules based on strengths.

Beyond operations, I provide face painting services and structured courses for beginners, including training plans, safety practices, client communication, and ongoing feedback. I’m especially motivated to use technology and Artificial Intelligence to improve learning, solve problems, and increase workplace efficiency through continuous professional development.
