What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support employers through recruitment, development, retention, compliance, benefits, payroll, training, and employee engagement while cultivating an employee-centric culture.

At Great Wolf Lodge, I manage international talent acquisition, bi-weekly payroll, employee lifecycle processes, benefits enrollment, and engagement events for lodge employees. I also support new property openings through strategic taskforces and oversee Unifocus time management, PTO tracking, vacation management, and reporting.

Previously at Callaway Gardens & Resort, I led workplace safety and OSHA compliance, administered medical, dental, life, and 401(k) benefits, and processed FMLA and workers’ compensation claims. I partner closely with managers on hiring, employee relations, corrective actions, onboarding, training, and retention.
