I've supported labor and employee relations for more than 1,000 employees across 15 bargaining units at Goldbelt, Inc., advising executives and operational leaders on labor law, contract interpretation, investigations, discipline, and collective bargaining agreements.

I negotiate grievances and labor-management issues directly with union representatives, lead workplace investigations, and partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to reduce risk and uphold collective bargaining agreements and the Service Contract Act.

Previously at MV Transportation, I mediated union disputes, orchestrated grievance hearings and disciplinary meetings, and streamlined HR processes while onboarding approximately 30 employees per week. I've also led recruiting, onboarding, performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.

I'm committed to practical leadership coaching, manager training, and employee development, drawing on experience mentoring teams in both labor relations and high-volume emergency veterinary settings.
