I am an experienced customer service representative with a strong background in the healthcare industry. My journey began at Costco Wholesale, where I honed my skills in inventory management and food preparation. This role taught me the importance of efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

After my time at Costco, I transitioned to Regence Blue Shield, where I played a crucial role in the pharmacy department during the implementation of Medicare Part D. My responsibilities included collaborating with the prior authorization team and assisting members with their inquiries. This experience solidified my commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Most recently, I worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where I served as a customer service representative for both the Bluecard Home and Federal Employee Program departments. My ability to multitask and work effectively with both members and providers has been key to my success. I am now seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
