What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can apply operations and team management skills to improve service quality, mentor staff, and drive financial performance in a supportive, people-focused organization.

I am an experienced manager with a strong background in restaurant operations and direct support services, combining leadership, customer service, and resident care across multiple roles. I have led teams of more than 20 staff, managed budgets, scheduling, and inventory, and implemented training and performance-management practices.

In prior roles I served as General Manager and Shift Manager where I developed business plans, controlled purchases and inventory, drove marketing efforts, and met financial objectives. As a Direct Support Professional I provided individualized care, facilitated community inclusion, maintained documentation, and ensured compliance with policies.

I bring hands-on experience in staff training, conflict resolution, food safety, medication administration, POS systems, and operational forecasting, and I am committed to fostering positive team environments and delivering reliable, person-centered service.
