At Quest Software, I supported sales operations across asset management, entitlements, product pricing, CRM support, and license administration for more than 16 years.
As an Asset Management and Entitlements Specialist, I managed high-volume swaps, splits, and renewals while consistently exceeding a 24-hour SLA. I reviewed opportunities, contracts, and quotes for 100% accuracy and helped streamline quoting and onboarding.
I configured CPQ products, bundles, rules, and discounts; led testing for SaaS and subscription integration; and created Salesforce and CPQ documentation and training. I also led the Balabit integration and supported the migration of internal resources to Salesforce CMS.
Earlier, I supported SFDC users, built approval workflows and territory configurations, developed leadership reports and dashboards, and resolved complex licensing requests. After a planned family-care break, I’m ready to bring my sales operations, CRM, and sales support experience to a new team.

Resolved complex licensing inquiries, assisting with up to 300 requests in a record week. Contributed to data alignment for 100,000+ customer accounts and 500,000+ licenses, and maintained synchronization between Siebel and TIMS databases.
