At Nielsen, I lead applied AI enablement for US Operations and set the direction for US L&D's AI training. I created a 12-month framework to help managers across the US and Mexico build their skills.
I built over 70 production apps and automations using AI-assisted development tools and Google Apps Script. One of them, the Training Compliance Hub, gave leadership its first compliance view across all lines of business.
I led Nielsen's global learning platform evaluation across 18+ stakeholder groups, wrote the recommendation that selected 360Learning, and served as AI implementation lead and super admin for its 3,000-employee pilot. I also shipped 15 web apps covering 19 training paths and migrated 270+ SCORM courses in under two weeks.
Before that, I built eLearning courses, taught sales and system training, and trained new hires in person and online. I enjoy finding a problem, talking with the people dealing with it, and building something that fixes it.

Built 35+ eLearning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline, plus simulations, quizzes, job aids, and Spanish versions. Created a sales training program and taught it in person, followed by coaching and diagnostics.
Trained new hires in person and online across several markets. Rebuilt the onboarding curriculum for Membership Representatives, which later programs adopted.
Moved to Denver to test new recruiting methods and digital sign-up before national rollout. Fixed hardware, software, and app problems on site and reported issues to the product team.
Knocked on doors to recruit households into Nielsen's ratings panel, explaining measurement and installing equipment. Worked own territory against sign-up targets.
