What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-centered community engagement, program operations, or resident services role where I can build partnerships, coordinate accessible resources and events, and strengthen welcoming experiences for diverse communities.

I've coordinated resident services and community programming at Hacienda CDC across 142 affordable housing and Permanent Supportive Housing units, building partnerships with Verizon, Goodwill, CareOregon, PBOT, Trimet, and Multnomah County. I facilitated twice-monthly workshops, managed a community event space, and led food pantry operations serving 30+ families biweekly.

I've also supported high-volume insurance clients at Farmers Insurance, managed my own residential cleaning business, and provided Spanish-English interpretation in healthcare and federal investigative settings. I bring bilingual communication, organized operations, and people-centered resource navigation to every role.
