With over a decade of experience in public service, I have dedicated my career to supporting vulnerable populations through my role as a Bilingual Case Management Assistant at Multnomah County. My work involves assisting Service Case Managers with home visits and yearly assessments, ensuring that our Spanish-speaking clients receive the necessary support and services they need. I take pride in my ability to facilitate communication and provide translation services, making a significant impact on the lives of those I serve.

Throughout my tenure, I have developed a strong skill set in managing complex documentation and utilizing various software systems, including Oregon Access and MOCHA.
