What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, community development, project support, or data-focused role where I can help clients, support accurate service delivery, and contribute to well-coordinated programs.

I've supported customers at Huduma Centre since 2016, providing accurate information about fund products, loan applications, loan status, and customer requests.

I respond through phone calls, email, live chat, and service desks, identify client issues, update customers on resolutions, and ensure completed loan forms meet compliance requirements before regional processing.

Previously, I entered and checked sensitive data for Women Enterprise Fund, sorting records, identifying errors, and reporting data problems.

My community development background also includes assisting Pastoralist Women for Health and Education to coordinate project activities, monitor schedules, support reporting, and help deliver work within time and budget.
