What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in digital communications, operations, community, or customer experience where I can improve customer journeys, coordinate cross-functional workflows, use data to support decisions, and grow in a technology-enabled environment.

I've supported digital communications and operational workflows at Unilever Brazil and 3structure, using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, SAP, and Salesforce Trailhead to improve information access, reporting, and process visibility.

At Unilever Brazil, I coordinated commercial and operational activities across sales, field, finance, and support teams. I created analyses, trackers, presentations, sales enablement resources, and feedback channels that supported decision-making and improved internal user experience.

As founder of Unhas de Condessa, I manage the full digital and client experience—from communication, content, and scheduling to pricing, retention, inventory, and service standards. I enjoy balancing customer needs, brand experience, and day-to-day operations independently.
