At E4Impact Foundation Rwanda, I led a five-program portfolio, coordinating with Milan HQ and E4Impact Kenya. Through FOSTERING, about 2,400 farmers across 30 cooperatives were reached.
I co-wrote the funded EU FOSTERING concept note after sourcing FXB Rwanda as lead partner, and wrote the ILRI / CGIAR concept note with E4Impact Kenya. I also secured a five-year MOU with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources.
In women’s enterprise training, I co-designed training for 45 women; one cohort reported 38 jobs and income growth of 300–500% over 24 months. Earlier, I wrote the BGCSE Chemistry curriculum adopted across Catholic Board of Education schools.
