I've spent more than 18 years teaching Mathematics and more than 10 years leading academic work in secondary education. At LiquidNet Family High School at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, I taught Mathematics, mentored students, supported curriculum implementation, and used technology to improve learning.
I led the Mathematics department, coordinated teachers, monitored academic performance, managed the annual school timetable, and supported lesson observation, professional development, and instructional improvement. I bring a collaborative, learner-centred approach to school improvement.
