Nsabimana Emmanuel
@nsabimanaemmanuel
Ambitious project manager delivering stakeholder-driven programs and measurable results in Rwanda.
What I'm looking for
I’m a highly motivated project management and business development professional with strong PR and communications capabilities, guided by continuous learning, teamwork, hard work, and integrity.
As Project Manager at Rwanda ICT Chamber, I lead and oversee the Digital Talent Program (DTP), a youth-focused initiative equipping more than 5000 Rwandans with digital skills in partnership with IHS towers, the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT), the Government of Rwanda’s One Million Coders initiative, Ministry of Youth and Arts (MoYa), and other partners. I drive program execution, stakeholder collaboration and reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement, programme implementation, and monitoring and evaluation with executive reporting.
Previously, as Associate Project Manager, I coordinated projects with government agencies, EdTech innovators, and stakeholders—supporting project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event management, monitoring and reporting, budget management, and communication. Before that, I led marketing teams across Kenya and Rwanda as Marketing Manager, developing strategic plans, overseeing content and campaigns (digital and offline), supporting growth through awareness metrics, and managing social media and external stakeholders.
I also bring people-first leadership from serving as Kasha Rwanda Employees Representatives Chairperson, where I focused on advocacy and representation, conflict resolution and mediation, workplace policy and compliance, and employee engagement. Alongside my MBA in Project Management, my training includes Product Management and Data Analysis and Visualization, plus Google Analytics—strengthening how I plan, measure, and improve outcomes.
