What I'm looking for

I seek roles that scale inclusive agricultural value chains and cooperative finance, emphasize capacity building and M&E, and offer opportunities to lead multi-stakeholder partnerships and youth-inclusive initiatives.

I am an Innovation Facilitator with over four years' experience driving community development, agricultural value-chain strengthening, and cooperative empowerment. I have led multi-stakeholder platforms, designed and delivered capacity-building on cooperative leadership, financial literacy, market access and climate-smart practices, and supported contract farming and farmer field schools to improve livelihoods.

I consistently apply strong analytical, planning and M&E skills to collect and interpret data, inform adaptive project decisions, and produce timely reports for management and donors. I seek to scale inclusive finance linkages and youth engagement in agribusiness, leveraging experience with FAO Rwanda and specialized trainings in post-harvest handling, market analysis and agribusiness model development.

Established a multi-stakeholder platform in Ruhango District and led training and capacity building for cooperatives and 216 farmers, facilitating linkages that enabled over 50 members to secure short-term agricultural loans and improving market access and cooperative management.
