I am a computer science undergraduate with a strong customer-service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills. I bring active listening, empathy, and a patient, positive attitude when interacting with diverse people.

As a class representative at the University of Abuja, I acted as a liaison between students and lecturers, organized events, and resolved group concerns to improve satisfaction. I have hands-on experience managing communication and coordinating activities in an academic setting.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet research. I am a quick learner with strong typing speed, attention to detail, and comfortable multitasking under pressure.

I am eager to contribute to a team in a customer service or direct-entry internship role where I can apply problem-solving abilities, build customer relationships, and continue developing professionally while delivering excellent support.
