I’m a recent graduate with “strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills,” and I’m actively seeking a Customer Support position where I can deliver excellent customer experiences. I’m passionate about helping people, building positive customer relationships, and keeping professionalism high even in fast-paced environments.

In my Customer Service Volunteer role, I assisted customers with inquiries and provided accurate information while responding professionally to questions and concerns. I maintained records of customer interactions and feedback, and I demonstrated “patience and empathy” while resolving issues efficiently and handling complaints with active listening and clear communication.

I also strengthened my communication and conflict-resolution skills as a Student Representative, serving as a liaison between students and faculty. Through organizing meetings and managing communication channels, I addressed concerns, communicated solutions effectively, and coordinated customer experience improvement research by analyzing customer feedback trends and presenting recommendations to improve service delivery.
