At Msnewsworthy, I support the Founder across scheduling, confidential communications, client relationships, travel logistics, and time-sensitive projects. I've coordinated hundreds of executive and client meetings across time zones with zero scheduling conflicts and produced 20+ media intelligence reports for crisis management and reputational risk response.

I'm currently also managing day-to-day operations for Muslimah Storytellers, a global writing community of 200+ members. I led the MST Month campaign, increasing member interactions by 80% and sustaining stronger session attendance.

At Northino, I built the company's first HR system from scratch, replacing DM-based hiring with structured recruitment and onboarding for a 15-person team. I supported five successful hires, three offboarding processes, and created policies, guides, communication standards, and internal documentation.
