What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or hybrid opportunities where I can build operational systems, coordinate people and projects, strengthen accountability, and support leaders and cross-functional teams in delivering meaningful work.

I've led people and operations for Sensiversity Community, a 1,500+ member pan-African youth development community, building SOPs, KPIs, task trackers, onboarding processes, and workflows that improve accountability. My work contributed to initiatives impacting 15,000+ young Africans and secured a strategic partnership that increased organizational reach and resource capacity by 60%.

I've coordinated cross-functional teams of up to 40 people across content, design, events, partnerships, and program delivery. At Intentional Leaders Summit, I supervised seven team leads and helped secure partnerships that increased sponsorship by 70% while contributing to 95% attendee satisfaction.
