I'm looking for an operations or client-partner role where I can deliver high-quality data services, manage complex client requirements, improve processes, and grow through cross-functional collaboration.

I support NielsenIQ's P&G accounts by delivering accurate retail databases, managing client requirements, and coordinating with internal operations and technology teams.

As an Associate Operations Client Partner, I managed operations for P&G Canada, supported its OMNI acquisition transition, and maintained 99% accuracy while resolving client-specific operational requirements. I build strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely execution, and close attention to changing processes.

Previously, as a Data Processing Specialist, I handled 40 active P&G databases across two platforms in every cycle. I validated data, created client outputs, identified gaps in coding and input validation, and maintained 100% quality for a complex client environment.

I'm recognized through monthly thumbs-up awards, Best Team recognition in Q2 2022, and contributions to P&G Winback Discover Comparison projects for new databases in Great Britain and Germany.
