I’m looking to own client lifecycle operations end-to-end—pipeline health, CRM reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional delivery coordination—where improving SLA adherence and turnaround time directly impacts account outcomes.

I manage end-to-end client account operations and project delivery for 20+ clients remotely as a single point of contact across the full lifecycle.
