What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic financial HR professional with expertise in 360° recruitment, operations, compensation & benefits, business partnering, payroll, and stakeholder management. I align HR initiatives with organizational goals by designing competitive incentive programs and fostering a high-performance culture, “act like a HRBP” to deliver people strategies that drive retention, engagement, and business success.
Since 2022, as a Manager: Compensation & HRIM at KellyOCG, I partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to provide compensation analysis and recommendations. I conduct job evaluations, benchmark roles for equitable pay structures, apply compensation best practices (including regulations like FLSA, gender pay, overtime, leave), support incentive plan design and administration, and ensure integrity across HRIS and compensation tools & payroll.
Earlier, I served as a Human Resources Business Partner (2021–2022), guiding line management on policy, disciplinary issues, grievances, exits, and sensitive/high-risk matters. I’ve also built HR capabilities through HR operations and payroll work as an HRIM Intern and Finance Associate experience focused on finance literacy and structured outreach, plus operational leadership and process improvement as an Operations Manager—rounding out my people-first, data-informed approach.
