I am an MBA graduate from SCMHRD, Pune, with a strong passion for managing Human Resources, particularly in total rewards management and HR business partnering. My experience includes leading the annual performance appraisal cycle at Udaan, where I successfully executed mid-year increments and retention bonuses while ensuring internal parity and market competitiveness.

In my role as Performance and Rewards Manager, I oversee the development and management of performance systems for over 2,000 employees.
