I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own architecture governance, hiring, and performance—partnering closely with co-founders. I want an AI-first engineering culture and mission-critical platforms with measurable uptime and compliance goals.

I’m an Engineering Director with 10+ years of experience leading high-performance engineering organisations—building teams from zero-to-one and running mission-critical platforms at scale. I’m currently stewarding a payment platform at Nimbbl that processes ₹88.67 Cr (~$10.6M) in daily GMV, leading ~18 engineers across 12+ microservices at 1,000+ TPS and 99% uptime.

My work is intentionally leadership-heavy: I partner with co-founders on roadmap and PRDs, make final technical hiring calls, own architecture governance, and drive performance and retention. I take full accountability for technical strategy and execution direction while cross-functionally aligning product, QA, and stakeholders.

I’m a committed practitioner of AI-first engineering—deploying LLM agents that catch 80–90% of code errors before human review, eliminating developer context switching and materially accelerating deployment velocity across all squads. I also connect AI systems with practical workflows through MCP integration and agentic review/QA loops.

Earlier, at GetSetHome, I built the entire engineering organisation from zero—scaling to support a ₹1.5Cr+/month fully digital business across 5 cities and 230+ properties. I’ve led large delivery efforts and infrastructure transformations, including EC2-to-Kubernetes migration, measurable infra cost reduction, and directing PCI-DSS and PII compliance architecture across services.
