What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on leadership role where I can own AI infrastructure end-to-end—LLM orchestration, agentic pipelines, and LLMOps—while building teams, shipping reliable high-throughput systems, and operating with strong governance and observability.

I’ve co-founded and exited TrustCheckr—fraud-intelligence acquired by TrueCaller in 2021—and I’m now leading Thena’s complete architectural rebuild as a hands-on Head of Engineering. I personally designed and shipped the agent execution engine, Workflow Engine, and full agentic pipeline from scratch, while growing the engineering team from 3 to 15 in 6 months.

My work spans end-to-end ownership for 8+ years—turning business problems into production systems that scale. At Thena, the platform now processes 70M+ events/month, with ~60% of production code AI-authored under guardrailed governance; I also established LLMOps and AI observability standards, and reduced MTTR from ~45 minutes to ~12 minutes with on-call AI tooling.
